Tip of the day:
For those of you worried about sugar intake and very sweet fruits, try eating them a little less ripe than normal. I eat bananas when there is still just a tad of green left on them, and I eat pears when they are very firm.

Over at Runner’s Kitchen there is a attractive looking recipe for Megan’s Maple-Cinnamon Apple Crisp, which could easily be veganized by swapping coconut oil and agave for the butter and brown sugar, and I would take it one step further and de-glutenize it by using a gluten-free flour such as brown rice, or Bob’s Red Mill.
Delish! And definitely on my to-do list for this weekend! 😀
